Girls Bowling: Canfield

The girls bowling team defeated Canfield 1914-1542 to raise their record to 5-3. Hailee Misel had game one honors with a 181 and MyKayla Dorsey had game two honors with a 190. For all results: Jan. 8^J 2020 Canfield Varsity girls

Girls Bowling @ Howland

Boys Bowling @ Howland

The boys bowling team raised its season record to 5-2 (1-0 in AAC play) with a 2162-2067 win over Howland. Everett Burd had game one honors with a 198. Mason McVicker had game two honors with a 193. The Raiders host Canfield on Wednesday.   For all results:   2020-01-06 WGH v Howland Echo Lanes

Swimming NEAC Championships

The Raider swim team participated in the NEAC Championships held at Wooster HS. Syndey Lukco finished fourth in the 200 IM and fourth in the 100 Free. Connor Leecue finished second in diving. Boys Basketball: Bedford

The boys hoops team improved to 7-4 on the year with a 46-40 win over the Bedford Bearcats.

Boys basketball: Massillon

The Raiders boys hoops team improved to 5-4 on the year with a double digit win over Massillon. The Raiders host Mooney on Friday (JV at 5:30) and host Bedford on Saturday (JV at 5:15 Pm).

Girls Basketball: Orange HS

The Lady Raider hoop stars improved their record to 7-1 with an 80-59 win over the Orange Lions. The Raiders had a balanced scoring attack as Burch scored 23, K. Bender 22, and M. Powell and Phillips added 11 points. The Raiders will travel to sunny Tampa, Florida to play three games at the Tampa

Girls Basketball: Poland

Two of the best teams in the Mahoning Valley tipped off at the WGH gymnasium on Saturday. The Poland Bulldogs were on a 32 regular season game win streak and the Lady Raiders had won 5 consecutive games. The Raiders ended up the victors as they defeated the Bulldogs 48-39 in a very entertaining game.
